Le UN est une société d'improvisation.

Chacun d'entre nous est engagé dans la réalisation artistique autant que dans l'organisation sociale, non hiérarchique, de l'ensemble.

Le UN regroupe selon les contextes 23 musicien.ne.s, un plasticien lumière et un performer.
C’est l’individu et sa pratique qui sont au centre de cette expérimentation en orchestre et non sa dilution dans le collectif.

Il nous importe de préserver sa singularité au sein d’une masse protéiforme sans obstruer l’espace collectif.
