"A Sunset for Walter"

Hommage indirect au compositeur Walter Marchetti, ses natures mortes et ses mises en abîmes, A Sunset for Walter prend la forme d’un concert d’une durée inhabituelle de deux à trois heures qui peut être traversé comme une installation sonore. Un jeu d’ombres et de brouillard crépusculaires sans début ni fin où les bandes magnétiques diffractent et reflètent les notes du piano, jusqu’à se fondre à la manière de teintes crépusculaires.

"A Sunset for Walter"

An indirect homage to the composer Walter Marchetti, his still lifes and his mise en abîmes, A Sunset for Walter takes the form of a concert of an unusual duration of two to three hours which can be traversed like a sound installation. A game of twilight shadows and fog with no beginning or end, where the magnetic tapes diffract and reflect the notes of the piano, until they merge like twilight hues.
